The Days of "The Fruits of Art"

In this project, I designed the Art Nouveau exhibition at MUMA (Monash University Museum of Art). I collected the works from daily life which used natural motifs and female forms inspired by nature and Loie Fuller’s dance and exhibit her dance as well. In addition, exhibit Japanese prints that strongly influenced the style of the movement, alongside those works of Art Nouveau which shows this influence.

In the exhibition, sinuous lines and organic forms create the atmosphere as you were in the graceful life of the Art Nouveau period. Used of lighting and the silk curtains in the exhibition are reminiscent Loie Fuller’s dance known as the dancer use lighting effects on her stage and silk costume.
